The student’s social file is the file to be filled out at the Crous that will allow you to access several grants, bursaries or the Crous residential housing service. To do so, you can fill it in between January 15th and May 15th directly on the platform. If you want more information, you can go to your nearest Crous to find all the offers of accommodation in residence. Before you sign your lease, check out ‘bailpdf’ to find the list of papers to be provided and the constitution of a lease contract. Please note that when you enter a Crous residence it is up to you to start the energy meters, consult your electricity supplier to find all the information on how to start it up.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
FOR SPECIAL CASES

Curriculum adjustments are offered to students engaged in active life, family leaders, top-level athletes on the national “elite” list, top-level artists: staggering of the curriculum, dispensation from continuous assessment except for project teaching and teaching units in which continuous assessment accounts for 100% of the grade may be granted.
Requests for adjustments must be addressed to the Direction of Studies and Schooling at the time of administrative registration.

Grants on social criteria

You must be less than 28 years old for a first application and be of French nationality (or family residing in France). Applications are made each year from January 15 to May 15 through the student social file.

The National Emergency Aid Fund

This is the best solution to help you in case of a family break-up, but also to help you resume your studies after the age of 28. It can also help you out if you are confronted with specific problems during the year. More information on www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr

Scholarships of the Alsace Region

The Alsace Region can finance a validated period of study (or internship abroad) within the framework of a diploma or an internship, lasting at least 4 months, or a post-doc in an Alsatian SME to participate in an innovative development project, or a doctoral contract in an Alsatian university.
